1. Can I buy a promotion online and use it later?
Yes! All promotions and packages purchased online can be used at the spa at a later date.
2. Can I share my package or promotion with someone else?
Packages are non-transferable and must be used by the same person, unless otherwise stated in the promotion details.
3. Do I have to choose my treatments when buying a package?
When buying them online, yes. Otherwise, we offer free in-clinic consultation where our experts will assess your needs during your first visit and recommend the best treatment plan or package based on your goals.
4. Are promotions available at all New Age Spa locations?
Yes, all promotions and packages are valid at all our locations (Montreal, Laval, Saint-Léonard, DDO).
5. Can I combine a promotion with another discount or offer?
Promotions cannot be combined with other discounts, gift cards, or special offers unless stated otherwise.
6. Do promotions expire?
Packages and promotional vouchers are valid for 2 years from the date of purchase. If used after this period, the monetary value paid can still be applied as a credit towards any service we offer at its regular price.
7. How do I book an appointment after purchase?
You can book your appointment by calling us or booking online directly on our Contact Page. Simply present the order receipt you receive by email to our receptionist at the clinic to redeem your credit.
8. What is your refund policy?
All orders are refundable within 48 hours of purchase only. After 48 hours, no refunds will be issued.
9. What if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment?
We require 48hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a 50$ fee.
