When can I use my vouchers?

You can redeem your discount vouchers Mondays through Wednesdays only. They are not valid and will not be accepted from Thursday to Sunday.

Are Black Friday promotions available at all New Age Spa locations?

Yes. Vouchers can be redeemed at any location.

Do Black Friday promotions expire?

Black Friday vouchers are valid for 1 year from the original purchase date. Once expired, vouchers cannot be used, extended, or refunded and hold no value after 1 year.

I already have an appointment, do I need to reschedule it to use black Friday promotion?

Do not cancel your existing appointment. You can purchase the Black Friday voucher online here and use it later during your scheduled visit. 

Can I share my Black Friday package or promotion with someone else?

Black Friday packages and promotions are non-transferable and must be used by the same person.

Do I have to choose my treatments when buying a Black Friday package?

Yes, you must select your desired treatments. If in doubt, you can call us or visit us for free guidance, where our experts will recommend the best options.

Can I combine a Black Friday promotion with another discount or offer?

Black Friday deals cannot be combined with other discounts, gift cards, special offers, or credits.

How do I book an appointment after purchasing a Black Friday promotion?

You can book by calling any of our clinics or booking online through our Contact Page. When you arrive, simply show the voucher receipt emailed to you, and our receptionist will apply the credit.

What is the refund policy for Black Friday promotions?

Black Friday purchases are refundable within 48 hours of purchase only. After 48 hours, sales are final, and no refunds will be issued.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule an appointment?

We require 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a $50 fee, according to our normal policy.

What if I need to change treatments for something else?
