Do I have to be an esthetician or have a beauty background?
No. Many successful franchisees come from business, healthcare, or customer-service backgrounds. We provide complete training for owners and staff, so you can focus on managing and growing your business.
How long does it take to open a franchise location?
The timeline depends on your location, lease, and construction readiness. Typically 3–6 months from signing the agreement to grand opening. Our team assists you at every stage.
Do I get an exclusive territory?
Yes. We offer protected territory rights — we will not open another New Age Spa® within a defined radius around your location.
What is the total investment required?
It varies with square footage, city, and equipment choices, and includes franchise fees, leasehold improvements, equipment, initial inventory, and launch marketing. A personalized estimate is provided after your discovery call.
What support do I get with staffing?
We offer:

Do I need to create my own training programs?
Not at all. You get licensed access to our curriculum, videos, online learning platform, course materials and exams. Your location acts as an authorized training center for New Age Spa®.
How are online courses handled?
Online content, exams and tracking are managed centrally. Students register online and are assigned to your location for in-person practicals. You get full credit and revenue share for all students assigned to your center.
What services must I offer at my spa?
You'll offer our core menu, including:

Can I sell or transfer my franchise in the future?

Can I open a New Age Spa® only, without the Academy?
We strongly recommend the combined model to maximize profitability and brand value. However, in some cities where regulations or zoning are complex, we may approve a spa-only model on a case-by-case basis.
