Tattoo removal · Where, and how often

We have four clinics and tattoo removal is at exactly one of them

Searching "near me" for tattoo removal turns up clinics listing every address they own. We would rather give you the one that matters. Removal runs from our Downtown Montreal clinic at 2365 rue Saint-Patrick, and from nowhere else. Not Laval, not Saint-Léonard, not Dollard-des-Ormeaux.

And the honest version of "near me" is not one trip, it is eight. Removal is a course spread across a year or more, so the question is not whether you can get there once. It is whether you can get there repeatedly.

Why one address

The laser lives in one room, and only some of our staff are trained to run it. Moving a device between four sites and training four teams to use it occasionally is how clinics end up with equipment operated by whoever is free. We would rather it sat in one place with the people who use it every week.

Everything else on our menu — facials, peels, microneedling, hair removal — runs at all four clinics at the same prices, which is covered in why the clinic is not the variable for facials. Removal is the exception, and it is worth knowing that before you drive to the wrong address.

The trip you are actually signing up for

What people pictureWhat it is
An appointmentA course of appointments, typically spread over a year or more
Book wheneverSix to eight weeks apart, because the gap is where the clearing happens
A long sessionThirty to seventy-five minutes depending on the size of the piece
Any of the four clinicsDowntown only, every time

Nobody weighs that up honestly if the page only says "conveniently located". If Downtown is a real trek from you, factor in that you are making it repeatedly over a long stretch, and decide before you start rather than three sessions in. The reasoning behind the interval and the session count is in how many sessions removal actually takes.

Getting to the Downtown clinic

  • Address. 2365 rue Saint-Patrick, Unit A5, Montréal, H3K 1B3.
  • Metro. Charlevoix, on the green line, is the closest station.
  • Timing. Sessions are short. The appointment itself will usually take less of your day than the journey does.

Book the consultation before the session

The consultation is free, takes fifteen minutes, and is where the size, the ink and a realistic plan get settled — none of which can be judged from a photo. It is also the appointment that is easiest to get a date for. The longer removal sessions are the scarcest slots in that clinic's diary, so larger pieces are arranged with us rather than picked off a calendar, and starting with the consult means the plan is ready when a slot is.

What we will not do

  • Imply removal is available at a clinic where it is not.
  • Book you a session before a consultation has established what the piece needs.
  • Let you start a course without knowing it means returning to one address for a year or more.
  • Promise complete removal, which is not achievable for every ink.

See a doctor if

You develop increasing pain, swelling, blistering that breaks, pus or fever after a session. Also before starting, if you have a history of keloid scarring, take medication that increases light sensitivity, or there is a mole or lesion inside the tattoo.

What we offer for this

Prices are a starting point and the consultation is free. What actually suits you is decided when we see the skin, not from a page.

Where to find us

This page is general information and is not medical advice. Complete tattoo removal is not achievable for every ink, and some pigments respond poorly or may darken under laser treatment. Increasing pain, swelling, broken blistering, pus or fever after a session needs prompt medical attention.
