Three different things get called a double chin, and only one of them is fat
Fullness under the jaw can be fat, it can be skin that has lost its tension, or it can be the angle you were built with. Most people have some combination, and the mix decides whether anything on an aesthetic menu will help you at all.
The honest headline: if yours is mostly fat, we do not have the treatment for it. That answer is on this page rather than at the end of a consultation you paid to attend.
Working out which one you have

Do the pinch test in a mirror with your chin level. If a soft pad comes away between your fingers, that is fat. If the skin lifts but there is little underneath it, that is laxity. Those two need opposite treatments, which is why the guessing matters.
What EMS can and cannot do here
EMS contracts muscle. Under the chin that means the platysma, the thin sheet running down the front of the neck, and working it can genuinely firm the area when banding and muscle laxity are the problem. It is the reason the facial EMS service exists.
It does not remove submental fat, because EMS does not remove fat anywhere. If the pinch test filled your fingers, EMS is the wrong purchase and a series of it will not change the profile you are unhappy with.

What we do not have, and where it lives
Submental fat is genuinely treatable — there are injectable and surgical options that reduce it, and they work. We do not provide them, and they belong with a physician rather than an aesthetic clinic. If that is your situation, the useful next step is a medical consultation, not a package here.
The other honest lever is unglamorous: submental fat responds to overall weight change more reliably than to anything applied from outside. That is not a satisfying answer, but it is the true one.
What we will not do
- Sell an EMS course for fat under the chin.
- Promise a jawline that your bone structure does not allow.
- Describe skin tightening as fat reduction.
- Keep the "we do not have this" conversation until after you have paid for something.

The fullness appeared quickly, is firm rather than soft, is only on one side, or comes with difficulty swallowing, hoarseness, or changes in weight, temperature tolerance or energy. Swelling under the jaw can be glandular or thyroid rather than cosmetic, and that is worth ruling out before anyone treats it as a contour problem.
